Valley Pacific Frame & Suspension, Inc. was started in 1975 by Jim Gougeon, Jr.. We provide very specialized automotive services and general auto repair. We are a more personal auto repair shop than most. We treat our customers like family and in return they treat us with their return business.
Most customers have found us because of our specialties of Frame and Axle Service, Suspension Modifications and Rebuilds and our exacting 4 Wheel Alignments. But, once they find a shop that they can trust like ours, they stick with us for all the other auto repair services we offer.
Many companies offer auto repair services, and we do too. However, we set ourselves apart through our customer service. We strive to make friends of our customers. We learn about their vehicles AND THEM. We take the time to understand your needs and concerns. We also enjoy explaining (in plain language) all of your options for your automotive service. We don’t talk down to you, or talk over your head. We patiently answer your questions and even show you the service we do for your car, truck, SUV or RV.
